The House
The heart of the house is a very large 55 m² open space combining the living room, dining area, and kitchen with an island. This main room opens onto the TV lounge, the corridor leading to the bedrooms, a staircase to the upper floor, the patio, and the south- and west-facing terraces. The arcades on the terrace protect the living area from direct sunlight. From the terrace, you enjoy a clear view over the swimming pool, allowing you to supervise children if needed. Under these arcades, you will also find a dartboard and mat.
The TV lounge is separated by a double-door entrance, ensuring a quiet and independent space.
On the ground floor sleeping area, there are 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 shower room, and 1 WC with washbasin. Upstairs, there are 2 additional bedrooms, 1 shower room with WC, and a terrace.
Direct access to the garage is available from the entrance, where you will also find a WC with washbasin. The garage is dedicated exclusively to bicycles and includes a repair stand and maintenance kit.
The Cottage
The Cottage, located about fifteen meters from the main house, is exclusively and optionally rented to guests of La Louvière des Garrigues.
With a surface area of approximately 20 m², it is equipped with a 140 cm double bed, a sofa, a desk, and a wardrobe. A sliding door leads to a bathroom with toilet.

The Swimming Pool
The pool is not heated; instead, it is naturally warmed by the direct rays of the Provençal sun, which works very effectively between June and September. The water is slightly salted to support an electrolysis system, which produces a low level of chlorine to ensure proper disinfection and crystal-clear water.
The pool measures 4.5 m x 9.5 m, with a uniform depth of 1.4 m. It is bordered on two sides by a travertine sun deck. There is a WC with washbasin adjacent to the technical room, by the pool.
The pool is equipped with an alarm system compliant with current regulations and safety standards. In monitoring mode, which activates automatically after swimming, an alarm siren is triggered in the event of a fall into the pool. A remote control allows the alarm to be acknowledged and silenced.
The Garden
The 5,500 m² plot is largely left in its natural garrigue landscape, while the area around the swimming pool is more landscaped and structured.
Garden furniture and sun loungers are arranged under the pool pergola, and hammocks can be hung between carefully selected trees.
At the other end of the pool, you can relax under the romantic gazebo for a coffee or a refreshing drink — a peaceful moment to enjoy a good book.
